Hada Labo Tokyo is a Japanese skincare line that is wildly popular in Japan. They wanted to break into the American market, and this is the final packaging that you can see on shelves today. This line is currently being sold at Ulta and drug stores across America. The last photograph you can see that it has been featured in Marie Claire magazine (more favorable magazine and online press here.)
The NBMAA was looking for a compelling and sellable t-shirt and card for their gift shop. This design incorporates different colors and type faces, nodding to their diverse range of American art, while looking like a canvas itself, with warn edges and texture. The design was produced as a 5 color t-shirt (first colors shown, alternate colors below), and then as a 2 color letterpressed A6 card.

Vineyard Vines #Sandgram
With a NYC Vineyard Vines store opening in Manhattan, the Vineyard Vine's marketing team wanted to send out a non-traditional invite to their blogger friends as both an interacted invitation and a promotional piece. With the concept and design branching off of an all-inclusive DIY sandbox and the instagram hashtag #vvsandgram, the NYC meets VV handmade box filled with letterpressed elements, magic sand and adorable beachy trinkets was born.
After receiving the invitation, the bloggers were encouraged to interact with the box and use the magic sand to make their own Vineyard Vines whale, instagraming the photograph with the hashtag #vvsandgram. 40 hand crafted and assembled boxes were shipped out to bloggers to experience a little summer in November.
Save the Date designed for Harvey & Lewis's 125th celebration coming this spring. We kept their black and gold brand standard, while adding in decorative elements from the event location, The Society Room, to create a more elegant design.
